This post is for fans of Violet Sorrengail who want to take a crack at training like a dragon rider. I posted this guide first on my tik tok page and you girlies over there really loved it, so here is the full guide on how to train like Violet Sorrengail.

Day 1: Core Strength and Stability
On dragon back your core strength is integral to keeping your seat and executing perfect offense manuvers.
This easy 20 minute pilates core workout helps you to strengthen your core, mainain balance, and increase control of your body, just like Violet Sorrengail.
Day 2: Functional Strength Training
Build your full body strength so you can finish the Gauntlet in record time. This workout is more focused on upper body strength and will aid you in mounting and dismounting from your dragons.
Core stability is also engaged in this quick 30 minute Violet Sorrengail inspired workout.
Day 3: core and flexibilty
I bet you’re sore now, darling! Even Violet Sorrengail needs a rest day every once in a while, so take this basic pilates routine as your break.
This basic routine will engance your core strength and flexibilty which is crucial for Violet Sorrengail’s aerial maneuvers.
But it’s back to work rider come tomorrow!
Day 4: High intensity cardio
Enhance your edurance and agility to mirror Violet Sorrengail’s quick reflexes and stamina.
Whether your running to save your fellow riders or sprinting down the hall, you’re going to need all the stamina you can get. Life at the front line is harsher and made for those who can endure.

Here is a gentle yoga flow that will aid you in recovery and stregthen your mobility. We all know Violet Sorrengail has weak joints, and this yoga flow will be sure to strenghten every part of your body as you maintain focused control throughtout the various motions.
